Among these new condo developments is the Point of Aventura, which is a high-rise apartment community situated along the Intracoastal Waterway, and has individual units which are priced between $150,000 to around $850,000. Buyers of units in this project have access to upscale amenities like a private club and spa, tropical-style swimming pools, a tennis court and pavilion.
